Tub and Shower install
Luxury Bath & Kitchen provided a reasonable price with excellent finance options. Ms. Kirsten provided excellent customer support and project updates. Install team was courteous and maintained Covid PPE. They were quick and cleaned up when finished. Final product was outstanding! Better than expected!

Great Warranty Followup
Big shout out to Michael and his team in Raleigh. I had a shower floor installed by them years ago that had started to crack due to a problem with the original installation. They have since stopped using my type of floor but Michael lived up to the warranty promise and was able to procure a suitable replacement even though it is no longer something they use. It took 2 tries to resolve the issue but I'm satisfied that the original problem has been resolved which will allow the newly installed floor to last.
