From the first meeting my husband and I had with Chase Arthur, I knew it was going to be nothing but a positive experience! Chase was more than willing and very patient with all my questions I had! He always answered his phone with grace and was happy to help me…. Even when he was on vacation! They the contractors and installers came out at the time we were told they would be there! Kyle was fantastic. He explained everything he was going to do Each day before he began the job! His crew was extremely efficient and very clean when doing the remodeling! They even moved furniture back in its correct place before they left each day even when they knew it would need to be moved again the next day! Their work this was more than commendable! They arrived early and stayed late. I’m not sure if they even took a lunch! I have finally gotten my bathroom of my dreams thanks to the team at Luxury Bath Kitchen! Chase even came by during the week to check in to make sure I was happy! That meant so much to me! One more praise…. David from Luxury called me when he discovered my flooring was on back order. He had already made arrangements for me to go to another flooring store to pick out a floor. Once I picked it out, he took over from there and I didn’t have to do a thing! I would totally recommend Luxury Bath and Kitchen to anyone! Do yourself a favor and give this group a call! Ask for Chase Arthur to help begin planning your dream bath or kitchen!
Nice tub!
Removed the old bathtub and installed new tub in a day and a half. Had a few minor cosmetic issues once completed. Installer came back out quickly to fix.
Bathroom Upgrade
I was a little concerned about making the leap to upgrade the bathroom. I was concerned that my choices would be less than stellar and the bathroom would need remodeling again in a few years. But I am pleased that your staff had design ideas that reflected mine and I felt comfortable making my design choices.
Shower Conversion
Installer was very professional and did a fantastic job converting our tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower.
Bathroom remodel
We were very happy with the final product. LBR was really easy to work with, from helping pick out fixtures and products. To the installers really wanting to make sure everything was installed where we wanted it. If we were doing another bathroom we would hire them again.
My New Shower
I am very satisfied with my experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful when I called with questions, and let me know what to expect throughout the process. My installer Larry was exceptional. He was organized and meticulous throughout the installation, and checked with me to make sure accessories were placed where I wanted them. He minimized disruption and cleaned thoroughly when the installation was complete.
