From the first meeting my husband and I had with Chase Arthur, I knew it was going to be nothing but a positive experience! Chase was more than willing and very patient with all my questions I had! He always answered his phone with grace and was happy to help me…. Even when he was on vacation! They the contractors and installers came out at the time we were told they would be there! Kyle was fantastic. He explained everything he was going to do Each day before he began the job! His crew was extremely efficient and very clean when doing the remodeling! They even moved furniture back in its correct place before they left each day even when they knew it would need to be moved again the next day! Their work this was more than commendable! They arrived early and stayed late. I’m not sure if they even took a lunch! I have finally gotten my bathroom of my dreams thanks to the team at Luxury Bath Kitchen! Chase even came by during the week to check in to make sure I was happy! That meant so much to me! One more praise…. David from Luxury called me when he discovered my flooring was on back order. He had already made arrangements for me to go to another flooring store to pick out a floor. Once I picked it out, he took over from there and I didn’t have to do a thing! I would totally recommend Luxury Bath and Kitchen to anyone! Do yourself a favor and give this group a call! Ask for Chase Arthur to help begin planning your dream bath or kitchen!
