First, I would like to recognize David and Lillian for their outstanding customer service. They ensured every concern was quickly addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. When we were planning the project, Lillian made multiple trips to our house with a car full of product samples until my family found the perfect combination of colors. She also provided much appreciated decorating advice when picking out bathroom fixtures which really helped because my wife can be very indecisive. During the financing portion, David went above and beyond what I expected to ensure our project cost was as low as possible. Additionally, once the project was underway, David was always able to be reached which helped immensely in addressing obstacles in the remodeling project. I would also highly recommend their subcontractor John and his sons for any work done. They were efficient and courteous when in our home and did excellent work. Overall, my family is extremely satisfied with Luxury Bath and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, stress free remodeling project.
