A Very Smooth Process
The process of getting an estimate and planning out the project was very smooth and easy to work through. Due to supply chain issues in the industry, we had roughly a 4 month wait till the project could begin. Once the project began, it proceeded quickly and completed on schedule.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of BCI products and the professionalism of the installers. Don and John were courteous, polite and respectful.. And their level of expertise was exemplary. They worked well together and were available for any and all of my questions. I’d enjoy having them as my neighbors. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with representative James Douglas from Luxury Baths. From the first time that I met him, he listened to all of my needs and desires and asked all the appropriate questions in order to provide me with them. While completing my design for a walk-in shower, he was able to furnish everything that I wanted in it, while all along laughing talking about family and eating mixed nuts LOL. Out of all the quotes that I received, James was the most professional, caring, and courteous representative. Still working on getting supplies and start date, but with James having my back I know everything will go smoothly. Thanks james, for being who you are!

Luxury Bath was called to give us quotes and Ideas and products. James is their representative and he was great. He knew his products and knew the right questions to ask to help us know what we wanted. He was an enjoyable, friendly young man and a gest person to represent his company.
Best shower ever
The shower was installed after the tub & surrounding were removed very quickly. Then the pre shower work was done. It was very professionally installed Questions regarding placement of two born or shelves and were placed with enough tsp each between them in order to hold tall bottles of hair products. A squigie was given to me with a small suction device to Hans said squigie to use in cleaning after each shower. I would recommend he company to anyone who is looking for a champion shower in their bathroom!

Amazing Job !
I would use Luxury again. It took awhile to get started but, that was due to the Pandemic. I really recommend Larry, he was my installer. Larry made me aware of everything and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Larry and the staff will make sure you are happy. I will surely us and recommend Luxury Bath again. Very happy with my new walk in shower with rain faucet. Oh! they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! How comfortable does that make you feel? Thank you, it was worth the wait!
