Neil Sawyer, the representative from Luxury Bath did a great job of helping me understand and make good decisions for my remodeling projects. He truly cared about what I needed and wanted to complete my project. He was patient and very easy to talk with. What impressed me the most was that he was not only knowledgeable about the product, but also his knowledge regarding the process the project required. He is a great listener and answered all my questions in a language that I could understand. Neil is very professional, but also very personable as well. We connected on many levels, and I was very comfortable making decisions about the project. I trust Neil because he made sure that I had all the information that I needed to make the right decision for my project. I love my new shower
Now I can get in the shower without worrying about falling. I am a senior citizen and I love my new shower; I can sit down if I get weak and don’t have to step in over a bathtub again. I prefer showers; it’s hard to get in and out when you must step over in a bathtub.

Bathroom Remodel
Our experience with Luxury Bath and Kitchens was was wonderful. We did a bathroom remodel where we converted a tub into a walk in shower and replaced the vanity with double sink vanity. They showed their proffessionalism through their work and completed their work right in time as they promised. They always answered anytime we called them or had to do some changes. Overalll, we are very happy with what they did and would definitely recommend their service.
A Very Smooth Process
The process of getting an estimate and planning out the project was very smooth and easy to work through. Due to supply chain issues in the industry, we had roughly a 4 month wait till the project could begin. Once the project began, it proceeded quickly and completed on schedule.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of BCI products and the professionalism of the installers. Don and John were courteous, polite and respectful.. And their level of expertise was exemplary. They worked well together and were available for any and all of my questions. I’d enjoy having them as my neighbors. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with representative James Douglas from Luxury Baths. From the first time that I met him, he listened to all of my needs and desires and asked all the appropriate questions in order to provide me with them. While completing my design for a walk-in shower, he was able to furnish everything that I wanted in it, while all along laughing talking about family and eating mixed nuts LOL. Out of all the quotes that I received, James was the most professional, caring, and courteous representative. Still working on getting supplies and start date, but with James having my back I know everything will go smoothly. Thanks james, for being who you are!
