As the circumstances around the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our primary concern is the health and well being of our customers and associates. Here are some of the precautions we are taking at our business:

Our Associates:

We are practicing all suggested modes of safety within the office and complying with all recommended guidelines as set forth by the CDC, taking preventative actions such as washing hands, offering to wear protective gloves, carrying hand sanitizer and practice social distancing.

If associates are diagnosed with COVID-19 or advised by health professionals to self-quarantine due to direct COVID-19 exposure, they will continue to be paid during that time. We encourage any associate who is sick to stay home.

Events: 

We will not be participating in any trade shows or marketing events. All that were scheduled for March through April have been cancelled. We will keep you informed on events scheduled after April 2020 as we learn more.

Deliveries and In-Home Service:

If customers have an installation or other in-home service scheduled and want to postpone to a later date, we would be happy to reschedule. We have advised all Home Service employees to follow the CDC guidelines and take preventative actions such as washing hands, offering to wear protective gloves, carrying hand sanitizer and practice social distancing.
